Does anyone else think this Albert Hanynesworth story is so worthless? I really couldn't care less. And now we are on day 7 of this story.
I would write a long article, but that kind of hypocrisy could just not stand.

To the extent that one of the highest-paid NFL players of all time has caused a distraction to his team and has failed conditioning drills that presumably most of his teammates could pass, it's a story.
It's a non-story in that it doesn't need to be breathlessly covered on an around-the-clock basis.
He failed and that should've been the end of it. But you have to also know that Mike Shanahan is driving this story, not the press. Shanahan has endeavored to either humiliate Haynesworth into submission or force his hand into sitting out the season (and thus casuing the Redskins to suspend him). Shanahan continues to leak the stories of Haynesworth's lack of physical fitness so if we're tired of the story, let's tell Mike Shanahan to STFU about it already.
The real story should be the picture that Laz found. That's f'in hilarious!
