Wow, I can’t believe someone actually wrote a competent and coherent piece of baseball analysis over at ESPN. Granted, the author writes for Baseball Prospectus and not the so-called Worldwide Leader but the fact that ESPN published a piece of baseball analysis that actually told us something without revealing any bias is remarkable in and of itself. It would be too much to ask for this to continue but given the sorry state of ESPN’s pool of baseball analysts*, I’ll take what I can get.
*Keith Law notwithstanding. He’s the only one I’d save if Bristol were burning.
